2016 TRIUMPH SCRAMBLER
With its retro style and old school attitude, the Triumph Bonneville looks like a blast from the past. However, despite its classic appearance, Triumph struggled to make it as modern as possible in terms of technology.
Therefore, at the heart of the motorcycles sits a modern 865 cc, air-cooled, DOHC, parallel-twin engine capable of cranking out up to 68 PS and 68 Nm of torque. The engine transfers its power to the rear wheel by means of a five speed transmission with wet, multi-plate clutch.
The motorcycle’s backbone is represented by a tubular steel cradle frame which is paired with a twin-sided, tubular steel swingarm.
As far as wheels are concerned, the Triumph Bonneville rides on a pair of cast Aluminium alloy, 7-Spoke, 17 inch rims wrapped in 110/70 R17 front and 130/80 R17 rear tires.
